Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  

The SLP is responsible for providing and directing Speech and Language services to patients including assessment, program planning, collaboration, family education and supervising SLPA's, CFY's and SLPA student interns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screen, evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication deficits.

Keep current on the latest developments in the field of speech therapy by attending professional seminars, reading current literature, and participating in professional organizations.

Adhere to all company policies and codes of conduct.

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times, conforming to HIPPA privacy regulations.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Interface with other members of the patient’s team.

Review and sign SLPA, CFY and SLPA student interns documentation/data collection for ongoing progress monitoring.

Develop evidence-based treatment plans and continuously evaluate the patient and families needs.

Refer patients to specialists in Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, Audiology, Psychology, Behavioral therapy or other related fields as deemed appropriate.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum Education/Experience: Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or similar field

    • Valid CA State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

    • 10 hours of supervision CEU's

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS


    • Pediatric & Early Intervention experience preferred but not required

    • Livescan Fingerprinting (FBI/DOJ) Clearance

    • Negative TB Test Results

    • Valid California Driver's License

    Job Type: Flexible Part-time (approximately 5-10 hours)

    Location: Inland Empire (Remote and In-person)

    Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
